Default Question about MC problem

Okay, so I'm doing a MC swap to a 15/16ths on my CRX Si(89).

Kinda bench bled, but it was making a mess...so I just put it in(I figured it would be ok because I was flushing the whole system anyway.)

Once I got it on, I proceeded to flush the whole system, pedal was much firmer, and when I went for a test drive, I pulled to like 6k in 2nd then slammed on the brakes, they grabbed hard at first, then sank to the floor and I lost brakes.

I also noticed that fluid was leaking from where the MC meets the booster.

I figured this was bad, so I stopped driving it...what could have caused this is my question...I forgot to replace the little gasket that goes between the MC and Booster when I put the MC on, so could that be it? Or is the MC bad? I used a speed bleeder to get the air out, let it run for a good 15-20 minutes on each wheel.

Please someone shed some light, I have a track event this weekend and I need to get this done.

Yeah I thought that might be it...I'm supposed to pick up a different MC tonight...but I'm going to try the other thing first...if it still feels like crap...well then it's the MC
