Hello....i have a brand new stock 99-00 oem FBP bumper freshly painted just sittin covered in my spare bedroom. Needs a home if your want it....let me know 
. I paid $100 for the bumper and $200 to have it painted. I work in a receiving department where you can rest assure the item will be properly packaged to be shipped. YOu make the offer for what you think its worth....
