Default engine rebuild zc

help fast, I need to know what is needed to rebuild a ZC from the bottom up. from what i've been reading... it looks like i need a civic 1.6 (bottom end) gasket kit and a teg head gasket kit. is this correct... what other information is needed.. what torque specifications should i follow??? please help fast... thanks, no flames please.. i've tried looking.. but need answers fast..

head gasket--89 integra
intake gasket--89 integra
exhaust gasket--89 integra
water pump--89-91civic/crx
oil pan gasket--88-91 civic/crx or 89 integra
oil filter--89 integra
spark plug wires--89 integra
spark plugs--88-91 civic/crx or 89 integra
Rod bearings--88-89 integra
Main bearings--88-89 integra
pistons--88-89 integra
Gaskets--Top half uses the 89 integra set
Gaskets--Bottom half uses d16a6 (dont know what else works)..
.................................................. ....................
What else is there to replace??

thanks.. bump.. would it be a better idea to just buy a new one from hmotorsonline.com??? than a rebuild?? how much does it generally cost to rebuild from bottom/up?

There is no such thing as a NEW one so it the rebuild would be worth it. Bottom up rebuild, $500 on up, depending on what type of deals you get on parts - don't skip out, go oem - and on labor if your block needs work.
