power windows were a european (edm) and japanese (jdm) option.

would be a good place to start. if you go with jdm door panels, then the main switch is on the wrong side, so obviously the european ones are highly sought after. the jdm ones works, just the passenger gets to control both windows.
for power steering, im not sure. tell him to think of it as free extra excercise.

Yep you can use the motors and scissor rack from the EX model. All you will need to do is swap the rail at the top that the window bolts to. As for power steering I'm sure you could swap a power steering system over. you will need everything though!
For power steering you will need to mounting bracket, pump, all the lines, resavoir, and of course the power steering rack which means you should just go grab the whole rear crossmember. Also, you will need the Crank Pully from a car that had the power steering option i.e. the LX and EX sedans. Power windows also came in all of the LX Sedans.
I could be wrong but I think I pulled my power windows from a DX.
I do know for sure that you need to change both tracks the long one that holds the glass and the short one because I did it last month to my CRX.
Don't forget to grab the switches from the 4 door too. The rear switches are the ones I used.
Power door locks from the same car are nice while you're in there. They swap right over.
I want to add cruise to mine, anyone have the required stuff? I already have the 90-91 EX wheel.

ok so i think he might be able to run power steering in his si! Maybe a dumb question but where would the ps pump mount to? Does the head or block have holes already there to mount the pump? I mean the block is an si block not a dx which in my thinking means that the blocks are different! Please help and thanks for the quick posts!
As for the pw i didnt think of using the 4 dr ex model to set them up! We will try to make that work! Thanks to all ya'll!
Just need more info on that ps setup!!
