steering and wheels

I would like to upgrade my wheels from the stock 13" (91 Civic hb) to some 15" wheels for better steering performance. Could someone recommend some cheap yet reliable rims?

Rota Slipstreams, pretty and affordable or you could go OEM and call it a day. Check http://www.tamparacing.com to see if you find anything local.

dammit DONT BUY SLIPSTREAMS, too many ******* EF'rs have them, i wanted them for awhile but now i see other rims that look pant loads better
