OBD2 oxygen sensors...shouldn't their be 2 on a wire harness?
I have a 96 hatch with a 98 ex wiring harness with 98 b18c1 swap. I don't have any CELS. I was trying to hook up both oxygen sensors today to get it smogged.
I realized I only have 1 oxygen sensor plug on the engine harness. Shouldn't there be two plugs available on the engine harness to plug into each oxygen sensors? One o2 sensor in front of the converter and one behind the converter? Wouldn't smog places in CA hook up some device to the car try to gather data from the oxygen sensors?

The second oxygen sensor, the one that goes to your cat, is actually part of your dash harness on 96-00 vtec model civics. Base model civics (LX,CX,Dx) have the second o2 sensor in the actual engine harness.
You will need to pin the second o2 sensor in, which is a bit of a PITA
