Help. Ripped Off...
I was robbed. Please help. Much appreciated.
A few weeks ago, I won an auction on eBay for an item. A payment was made to the seller through PayPal with my credit card. He sends me an email informing me that he has received the payment, and the item will be shipped shortly with a tracking number given to me. However, several weeks pass with no reponse to me nor any replies to my emails. The seller is ignoring me after the payment.
I want to get my money back. How? I have heard numerous times that PayPal will not help at all. Can I call my credit card company and tell them to stop the payment towards PayPal?
What should I do. This is the first time in 3 years I have had any problems with eBay, PayPal, or buying just anything online. I am at a lost to what actions I must take. The most important thing to me right now is recovering my money. All help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

call your credit card company or bank, call the police for information and help (fat chance) and find all the innformation you can about the person and post it here, with any luck someone will live next to him and at best.. beat the living **** out of him....
but thats just a suggestion....
call the paypal peeps also....

First: Contact Paypal. Ask for your mone back. If they won't.
Second: Call you CC company and dispute charges.
Third: Files a Fraud complaint with Ebay. They will give you a max of $200 minus the $25 processing fee.
Also post all his info you have on him here!
Best of luck

I will keep this guy's info confidential at the moment for his personal safety until I am truely convinced he jacked me.
This guy has a perfect record on eBay, plus a good reputation at PayPal. Either he died or he is just taking his sweet little old time. I know for sure he is alive and kicking because he has left feedback for others withen the past 2 days, but he has not been responding to my emails the past 2 weeks. At the time I won the auction, he was selling other things too. The people who bidded on those items have already received their products and left positive feedback. Me, however, it seems as if he is just ignoring me. Should I give him some more time or just try to get my money back?
By the way, I bought some Koni Sports off him. He also had for auction a strut bar, springs, camber kit and many more at the time of my auction. The others have already received their item's, except me. He told me that they will be shipped 2 weeks ago with an email of the tracking number, after that, he just stopped responding.
Wait or debate?
