Got Gipped!!!

Has anyone got ripped off by prodejayautosales (ebay) AKA justjapsauto. I order a shift **** from them they stated fit Honda, But in fact was only for Nissan. So I returned it out of my own pocket in exchange for a Type R road flare for my EG. It's been 4 months and no flare or a refund.
