Default Wrong e-manage jumper settings

What happens when you try to start a car with the wrong Greddy e-manage jumper settings? I bought my e-manage used and it was setup for Vtec, and I forgot to check the jumper settings before I tried to start it. Long story short, car won't start now. I disconnected the e-manage to see if it was related and the car still won't start. Now my car acts really weird, like the fan would kick on and the ABS pump would go off. Could sensors have gone bad under the hood? I need to get this car started!
