Easiest way to manuever header onto head? (Specifically JDM)
Hi-
After too many damn long hours, and pain and cuts, etc, I finally got my OEM header and cat disconnected from the damn car. I've disconnect both O2 sensors and all I have to do now is bolt on the aftermarket accessories!
Now I just have a question, I tried earlier today to put my JDM Header back up to the head, but room is very very snug. What's the easiest way to approach it?
Thanks!

hmm... either take out the radiator fans or take the clutch engaging thing on the tranny then slip it up through there. with the clutch engaging thing be sure you know how to put it back together before you take it apart. i did it that way with my dc 4-1
very very easy assuming the front of your car is raised.
Just pull it up sideways, and it comes right up. Nothing to remove, nothing to break, just pull up.

Take the whole radiator out. Then you'll have lots of room to slide the header up from the bottom.
Oops, I forgot to remove the splash guard. Anyways, I got the header bolted on and the cat to the header and now I'm stuck trying to bolt the cat to the b-pipe. I have 2" bolts that are .5" wide and they won't fit. So I need to run to the store and buy something just a little bit smaller. Damn it, these bolts/washers were expensive SS steel too.
Oh well, I can't wait til I get it bolted together!
Thanks for your help, and that engine removal answer was great!
