i got my motor swapped out for another b16a longblock back in march. i just changed my oil last week and this time i noticed i could see the flywheel. im pretty sure this isnt right. i had my car for 4 years with the same tranny and everytime i changed oil, i dont recall being able to see the flywheel.

did the guys at the shop forget to put back a tranny cover back on the flywheel area or something? its where the tranny meets the motor, i can see the lower part of the flywheel. thanks!

 

no big deal, just one small part, hell, you could prolly make your own

No, actually it's not a big deal at all. You could rock it with the cover off if you want to.

 

just cover it with some tape. problem solved.

 

wouldnt water and crap go in there without the cover tho? maybe i should just go pick up the cover for a peace of mind. thanks! how much is that part by the way?
