Ok, I've got a regrind cam I want to put in my 90 Si D16a6. I bought it for my old '95 D15b7. I was told it might not work in my '90 due to indexing. the d16 and d15 are indexed different?

I know I'm most likely need a adj. cam gear. But wondering if anyone can give me some insight on this.
