i would like to know what is best head for power on a stock internal b18a1 non vtec, i would love and i mean i would love to go vtec i want it so bad, but i also want the most power i can get, if i went vtec what all would be needed for the swap, im not a completely ignorent car guy i know i would need the vtec selinod and a ecu for the year of the heads to run the vtec and i think a new harness
( would i need a new harness).. plz any adivse would be awsome and i plan on doing this all at once just save up alittle more then i would need incase i mess something up i can tow it to a shop to have it put on... any help please!!!!!

 

I dont think you were searching for the right keywords, Search for something along the lines of "lsvtec". Theres tons of threads on this.

Ideally, i think people have said the B16 head is the best for LS Vtecs. Its not an easy job, there is some machining to do, and it has to be done right or else you'll have oil leaks up the ying yang.

kool thanks i didnt think that all the lsvtec post were for my year model car but i am looking for something i can jus tin a sense bolt on but i will check it out
