91 integra b16 with GSR heads???
Hi i want to know if a b16 motor 98 with gsr heads any good on a 91 integra? And if is worth for me to trade my 91 Mitsu 3000GT SL for it??? PLZ someone let me know i love hondas i had a 12 second gs-r but actual motor never swaped it.
really what a comparison.....
b16 block with no torque unless pistons are overbored to 2.0
what kind of intake manifold?
if its stock? are they using the right ECU?
does the job look chopy?
what kind of transmission?
LS or gsr?
hydro or cable?
answer all those to help you more

dont know what compresion.
the motor is stock sopousivley it has some computer work cold air intake,
stock internals i think it ran a 15.6 stock before the intake and computer,
im gessin it has a gs tranny or ls
not sure.
well is a 98 B16 with a gsr heads so im gessin sense the tranny might be the 91 still well i guess is cable.

he is just trying to make back the money that he put into it
wich is not fair
imagine a b16 block $200-300 cause nobody wants them
a b18c1 head $500-700
just add it up
then labor and other parts not that much right...

if im not mistaken the 98 b16 motor is the same as a gsr just with a 1.6 head right. So if he has the gs-r heads one it its a gsr motor than right???
b16 block is the most common vtec with no torque
the b18c1 head has that weird looking intake manifold that
has two stages of intake.
so for me it really dont make sense to trade unless there is
something xpectacular about the engine for ex:
upgraded pistons
connecting rods
port and polished head
upgraded valve train

I agree with him. Dont get it unless it has something in the motor.
Because I have the same motor set-up but with upgraded ecu, ported and polished head, valve, retainer. But i'm still working out the bugs on the motor.
