I have a 89 civic dx. Great work car. My problem is I can not drive over speed bumps without dragging the bottem.

Is there any way I can raise the car up?

I found one other post with same problem and there wasn't any fixes offered.

This car is a keeper...solid...but if I don't find an answer the exhaust system which is new won't last.

2. No, unless you want to raise the car, but that will only make it look worse.

Is your Civic dropped? If so, seek OEM replacement. If not, check if your exhaust system is hanging low (sometimes the rubber hangers might of ripped and the exhaust hangs lower than it's supposed to.
