3 inch exhaust for 245whp all motor

with 245 whp and 180wtq all motor should i try a 3 inch exhaust no cat or keep it 2.5 inch?I'm going to try it on the dyno but i would like to know your what you think before.

you'll most likely loose some low end...but you didnt mention your set up..im guessing b20 vtec?

Jun 3 ,port and polish, 85bore 95 stroke, 12/1 cr, peak at 7900rpm,hondata...

Can you not run 3" with a Cat?
