Is It Possible To Do A Trade In For Manual Transmission?
My dad bought a fully loaded 04 Accord Sedan, mainly for me to drive, back in the beginning of July. Then my uncle passed down his old 96 Civic Hatch down and it's a manual. I learned the manual, and drive it pretty much all the time. Even though the Civic is nothing compare to the Accord, but it's just so much more fun to drive a stick. I'm taking the Accord with me to college, and I don't really want to drive an auto, but the Civic we're selling it in a year. So is it possible to go to the dealership that we got it, and do a trade in for the exact same model with all the aftermarket stuff except a manual transmission?
Just trade the entire car? Well if its a four cylinder the at cost about 1000 more but the v6 is the same MSRP or whatever. Do you Own the 04 accord or do you have a loan on it still. I assume you have a loan so It all depends on the terms of your contract but the dealer will try and work with you. You will proably have to trade it in and buy another accord so it will cost you because you will not get the cars full value and then you will need to pay the diference of the two cars plus tax and title. In otherwords Yes but it will cost. Try and sell your accord and then go but one if you take it as a trade in you will loose more money. Good luck man
It's a V6, 240HP Accord. Damn I think it might be more trouble than it's worth. Oh well I guess I'll just take the beat up civic, and see what happens in a year.
