okay. i got a problem and i need it fixed any help would be much apreciated. the problem is my car hesitates when i try to press the gas but when it gets giong its okay. what the hell is giong on. it slike ill be at a red light and when it turns green is try to go but it hesitates and then starts pulling hard and the hessiates half way trough the rpm... help!!!

 

Is it an automatic? Youre saying the motor revs when you push on the accelerator, but the car doesn't move much, then goes?

 

What car, trim level, and what year would help a lot.

 

it is and automatic. the car deos move but it feels like it is about to cut off or like its getting gas one second and then the next second it isnt and so on and so fourth. is is a 1996 honda accord 4-door EX v-tech. and every now and then it will back fir like crazy. i tought it might be injectors or something so i put cleaner and that **** didnt work iether.

You really need to be more specific. My car wouldnt 'find' second gear. It would go past its normal shift point, the rpms would climb, and the engine would strain,a nd then all of a sudden it would hit second and shoot me forward like a rocket. Is this what you mean?

Give us gears, rpms, speed, driving conditions, etc.

 

from your description so far it sounds like a fuel pump, possibly...have you messed with any kind of fuel upgrades so far? if so, what kind? and also, is the car using the stock ecu or some kind of piggyback system?
