question about dizzy coil wires
ok people i need help hookin up my msd coil but i cant get the coil(from dizzy) off so i need to know if the 2 wires are on the outside of the cap? it looks as if they are but im not 100% . also if i can get to the coil wires outside of the dizzy can i leave the coil in the dizzy or will that mess somethin up? remember i cant get the screws out of the dizzy. and my dizzy is bad(throwin code) so i plan on buyin another one in the future and thats why i dont wanna waste anymore time on this dizzy. someone please help

are u talking about the primarey side of the coil? if so the 2 pin plug is that. The BLK/YEL is + and the BLUE is the - tach signal

Those wires aren't doing **** for my MSD Rev Control, they are probably the wrong wires.
I was told I need to run them directly to the coil inside the dizzy.

yeah thats wrong on my car i had to put a small hole in the cap and run the wires (red and white) directly inside the dizzy. and by the way msd has instructions on there site if u need help http://www.msdignition.com/downloads.html

all you need to do is access the wires at the coil.

1. remove your dist cap.
2. notice the coil wires blk/yel + and white/blue -
3. disconnect wires from coil.
4. tape up and extend them outside the dizzy throug the grommet.
5. connect the new extended wires to your new coil.
note both coils cannot be connected at the same time

wd-40 is not a penetrating lube, use pb blaster.
