Default spoon or ctr cams?

Getting new cams... should i get spoon camshafts with new titanium retainers and valve springs... or should i go the cheaper way and get the ctr cams with stock internals... whats better? is the power difference worth the price difference? (apx 1400 for spoon and new internals; 700 for ctr camshafts)

Neither are worth it lol. Do some research. There are better cams out there for much less dough.
