sorry guys, but with ITR cams, stock airbox, GReddy SP and comptech 4-2-1, and slightly tuned VAFC:

in fact, the red line, which is .1HP less than your run, was my car w/ just a GReddy SP and AEM CAI...

Do you really think that 7 hp peak difference between 2 different dynos on 2 different days with 2 different cars is something to worry about?

then what's the point in asking about his numbers? considering that ITR cams are expected to be a ~5+ HP mod in the first place, and comparing his car with "average" runs for STOCK cars as well as others with similar parts... with your consideration on things, responses ranging from "that's really shitty" to "that's really good" are all acceptable for his results, which is really not what he's looking for.

Your motor produces more hp because you have a vafc to set the vtec point for the cams and tune the air/fuel ratio. Putting itr cams in an other wise stock gsr motor with out a vafc will probably result in power loss because the ecu isn't programmed to run those cams.

The point in asking about his numbers is to see if they're way off, not if they're within a small percentage of what one person got.

the red line is my run w/out a VAFC and just an exhuast and intake. the peak is the same.

EDIT: my current VAFC settings have VTEC at 4500, and the only fuel tuning goes from 5k-7.5k.. peak is the same. the biggest difference i have is about +5%. it's a pretty mild setup so the settings aren't very different.. not even totally necessary either.

i'm pretty sure the number he's worried about is his peak, and that's what everyone else is looking at... but Stock_LS, if you look at the rest of your graph you run pretty strong up until it starts to level off at 7.3k.

well actually im not really that worried anymore since my friend work at the shop told me that i have to consider that my car was'nt tuned which is true.. i didnt get it tuned 1st before get it dynoed.... but oh well it was free anyways, and i was thinkin that putting ITR cams would give me at least 5hp but its all gud next plan will be ITR ecu and ITR intake manifold and of course get it tuned...
