I am running a Greddy kit that was supplied w/ RC310cc injectors. I am going to upgrade to Hondata shortly and was wondering if i should also upgrade my injectors to 440cc ones. I really don't want to spend an extra $200 if i don't have to. My goal is 250whp, would this maxout the duty cycle on the RC310s?

310cc maxed out at about 210whp, i was told by someone on a dyno and it maxed out. I would highly suggest 550cc so you have more flow to expand to in the future, and there no harm in it. 279 shipped for RC 550cc by wired speed not a bad price at all.

Yeah I had those 310cc injectors for a month too.. ~210 WHP, 10.5:1 A/F was about 95% duty cycle at 8400 RPM.

So maybe you could squeeze 230 WHP out of them.... but don't bother trying! 550cc RC Injectors are the same price as 440cc's I believe. I have 550cc's and idle is fine.

You should get saturated and high impedence since it will work with our car without using anything.
