There are very minimal gains for free for a stock B18A1, believe me i've tried a lot on mine. A few boltons make a big difference on mine. I suggest if you wanna make it quicker, the best bang for the buck mod is getting a B16 trans. If i could do it all over again, i woulda bought a B16 tranny before all the boltons

 

how much should one be?

 

500-800 w or w/o lsd... they are hard to come by because they are a "jdm" part....
