question for anyone with 01+ civic ex

my friend has an 03' civic ex and I noticed that the interior instrument lights were amber lit. anyway, my question is do all 01+ civic ex's come with amber-lit interiors?

im not sure, mine is and a cant recall seeing an ex without it

my friend has either an 01 or 02 and it lights up amber
