Default Drive train noise at idle

Hey guys, does anybody have experience with transmission or clutch knocking noise at idle? I have toda spec b's with a super lopey idle. Intermitently, I'll get this knocking noise which will stop if I push the clutch in at idle. Clutch pedal and shifting is fine. Just to give you a little history, I have had the tranny opened for JDM fd and lsd install. Clutch is spoon full face and fw. the noise is coming from the transmission area. Like I said, tranny seems to be working fine, shifts are good. When we did the install, we replaced the TO bearing and lubed the input shaft well. Any help is appreciated.

no noise while driving, its just at idle, I tried raising idle to 900 rpm which fixed it, but after a week, I think the ECU brings the idle back to 700 rpm and the noise comes back

I have the same problem with my trans in the b16a tranny. From what i was told that all it is, is when your at idle and the the clutch is engaged there is some sort of slack in between the gears that is causing the rattle. Ive had my tranny apart to put an LSD and I inspected it and found no concerns. I take it too the drag strip and it hasnt blown up on me either.

Mine does the same thing, it all started when I installed my Exedy clutch and flywheel. Been running like this for more than a year, with no problems.
