rear disk conversion

i did the rear disk conversion on my 90 hatch. i didnt bolt up two bolts to the e-brake cable that are located near the gas tank, you guys think that would make my e-brake not to grab as good as before?

it will work exactly the same, but i would put at least one in per side just to kep it from rubbing on anything...
