I'm using some old stock Honda Filtech filters. I just used up my last one, but like others have posted, I'll be getting some of the S2000 filters since they are slightly different and better quality than the regular Honda/Acura filters that they sell as a replacement to the old Filtech ones. (I believe they're made by Fram now).

no, it's not.
the filter intended for the b18s that they sell here are made in canada, but the ones for the s2k are made in japan and use a better filter element.
the s2k filter has a backflow valve preventing dry starts. im not sure whether or not the others have it.
and it's a different part no.

Hamp synergy($7). I have been running these filters for a while and they are really good at keeping the oiler cleaner longer. I only have to change it every 5k miles and it still looks like it could go another 2k.
