Fuel presssure??????For the experts
I have been having problems with my 94 teg ls all motor. It stumbles off the line and feels like the rev. limiter when i gas. The place i had my car tuned originally set my fuel pressure around 50lbs with 270cc injectors and now after they have been trying to figure out the problem now my fuel pressure is 70lbs???? Will my safcII control this? My car is worse and back-fires......
Any suggestion with the hesitation??
Also about the fuel pressure?

what kind of FPR do u have? i have a B&M one and my fuel pressure is set at 38 psi w/ vacuum on and 46 psi w/ vacuum off. Just turn down the fuel pressure on the regulator. if u have a fpr, u might have a fault one if the fuel pressure is not go n down when u lower it with the regulator
what is ur setup in ur LS?

Stock settings for Psi on an Ls is 42 with stock injectors. SAFC II wont turn down your fuel pressure, but you can take away a little gas from the mapping, and it might work. I would personally try and lower your fuel pressure down to 42, and if that is to much, then work from there.
I have:
-srp pistons 10.5 compression
-1 over valves
-crower cams
-skunk2 intake manifold
-AEM:Type-r CAI, pulleys, fuel rail, cam gears, FPR
-70mm t-body
-DC headers JDM
-port/polish
-SAFCII
Any suggestions with the hesitation off the line??? My car stumble when I floor it. I have checked everything except the ECU that i had the rev. limit removed.

didi they tune ur car with a wideband O2? ur car sounds like it's running rich as hell. lower ur fuel pressure
u have CROWER 402 403 or 404's?

I have 403's.
They tuned it 3 times with a wide-band dyno and it runs perfect until a few days later it starts to hesitate again. but this last time they didn't tune it they just looked at it. I think they wanted to charge me for retuning and I don't think i should pay if they cant find out what is wrong. I have spent over $1000 in dyno tuning and a new fuel pump. Now they say it is my tranny????? it is a auto. "I want to swap but they keep eating my $$$$$" but it hesitates w/out load.. that doesn't make sense.
any suggestions???

There's the problem right there. The regulator can't return enough fuel to the tank with the higher flow rate pump.
