MPFI swap gone wrong
I have a 91 CRX std that is an auto. I decided to switch it to mpfi, but since I did the swap, the car has been hesitating when I take off. I had to lower that idle because the car idles erraticly between the 1000-2000rpm range. The cars smokes (I believe my car is running rich). Last but not least, MY CAR WON'T TURN OFF WITH THE KEY OUT!!! When I do turn the car off (at the dizzy) the car makes a hissing sound like a vacuum leak on the right side of the engine bay (near the belts). I believe the car is giving the codes 10(Intake Air Temp), 13 (Atmospheric Pressure) or 14(EACV) (kinda hard to keep count of the blinks), and 15 (Ignition output signal). I really need help. Thanks.
Info: My car has a D16A6 that I have been running dpfi on for about 5 months. I have all the right parts for the for the mpfi swap on an auto. I using the ecu, PS9 which is the 90-91 civic ex auto ecu (a.k.a the Automatic SI ecu). I'm also using a subharness with I got off of ebay which is already solder and labeled.

prolyl got the plugs on wrong. try switchin them around and unplugging them and youll see how it goes together. there are 4 plugs that are the same but i think you only use three of em
I'm having no luck. I replaced the EAVC on the intake manifold, and I believe I just wasted my time. Now my car is giving the codes 1, 11, 12, 14, and 15. Does anyone know where I can get a wiring diagram from a 90-91 civic ex auto. It must be a difference between the EX and SI, even tho they are both mpfi. This is going to make me go mad.
I need solutions, but I'll settle for suggestion. Thanks.

Help Please!!! Now I'm only getting a code for the eacv and the ignition output signal. I switch out the eacv and still the same problem.
My car runs like crap in the lower rpm range and still will not turn off with the key out. If there's anyone out there that can help, please help!!!
Thanks

Perhaps the problem is in the harness you bought off of ebay...
Double check the wiring against what ever information you can find about your particular car. I've done 3 MPFI swaps but never on an Automatic, I'll see what I can dig up for you.

Definetly the harness, because I know in the instructions I used it mentioned that there was a wire that was only used on Auto's so it was ok to remove and replace. So remove the harness and wire it up yourself and it'll probably run correctly.
well it might be in the harness but u do have to switch pin on the ecu like c1 c2 and put them in b11 b12..and u have to are wires like cam pos. sensor ble wire green stripe and blue wire yellow stripe on the dis...i think that is correc...i ill have to look and make sure cause i did the same thing on my 88 4 door but i made my own harness.......or u can just get a 88-91 si harness to replace the tbi 1
Since I sure as hell can't understand you so we all look at what fourthgenhatch would have done in this situation...
