Default Q's about strut tower bar and lower tie bar

Would a front and rear strut tower bar and a front and rear lower tie bar really make a difference in handaling in a 95 L.S. sorry because of my english is that i dont know to much english.

well, its better than nothing. I would really start by looking into a rear sway bar that is thicker than stock. Many of us choose the ITR bar or Suspension Techniques have one as well. I think this is the best bang for your buck mod. They only reasons I have the strut tower bars is because they have moved with each car I have owned.

Like i said, better than nothing, but get a thicker rear sway bar.

Strut tower bars help stiffen the chassis to reduce camber changes during hard cornering. I don't think they make a huge difference in handling. However, a larger rear swaybar will make a difference in handling.
