Just use GM synchromesh FM, or Penziol synchromesh. (SAME SH*T) They are sold at your local GM dealer, or for the Penzoil @ any Autozone.

Honda MTF is available at all Honda dealerships. I suggest you not stray from it.

I know that theres a whole bunch of tranny fluid threads floating around on this site but this is my personal experience. Ever since I've owned my car I've used redline mtf. I heard alot of good things about the regular honda mtf so I gave it a try during a clutch change. I noticed that the change made it so my shifting became a little more notchy and it was slightly harder to get into gear at high revs, but not to the extent of causeing problems. Within a couple months i had to change an axle so I switched back to redline mtf and the notchy feeling went away and it became easier to get into gear again.
Now I've heard some really good information on the GM mtf with the friction modifier in it. I plan on trying that stuff during my next oil change. Until then this is what my experiences are.

ive heard from people that swear by syncromesh and say that it is gods gift to earth and from others say after a week it starts grinding again. i would just go with honda mtf. its the same fluid used in the nsx, but its not good enough for your integra? come on now
