i need the one for 2000 or 2001 for my 2000 itr, it should be the obdIIb version

No such thing as a factory USDM OBD1 type r.

He never said he wanted OBDI, he just can't use an OBDIIa off of a '97 without a conversion harness for OBDIIb.
