Default Integra Horsepower?

What is the simplest way to add horsepower to my Integra LS?

I was thinking of AEM cam gears, Aem Fuel Rail and Fuel Pressure, DC headers.

What intake and exaust system do you reccomend? Injen or AEM? Skunk2 or Tanabe or Apexi N1? I want a exaust that doesnt release a lot of NOISE,

Thanks any info is helpful.

Start out with Intake, Header, and Exhaust (i,h,e). This will help to free up your breathing. Putting on a fuel rail and fuel pressure regulator will do little for you stock...even with mild bolt ons it may only help a bit. After you do the simple stuff, you may want to think about cam gears, underdrive pulleys (or getting rid of your A/C and PS), a chip WITH DYNO TUNING, and maybe cams.

Do a search on what's best on this site. You'll find loads of info in the all-motor forum on what works best. Good luck.

I have a tanabe super racing medallion exhaust and it's great! I say you start w/ that then get a cold air intake a skunk2 intake manifold, get some toda cams some toda cams gears do your head, retainers , springs then do ur whole bottom end and boost the crap out of your car!, a boosted LS is what im doing. i gotta do more research on it but that is what i got so far.

I made 8hp on the dyno from my stickers, but lost it in wind resistance.

euro tail lights are like 20hp at the crank! but yeah, stickers are the way to go for more power! the more the better! in HUGE letters put "Acura" accross your car from the front to back spaning the whole lenth of the car, and when you pull up next to a V8 at a light I garuntEE U he would mess with U cuz he'll be too scared to race you!

(probably because he'll be laughting to damn hard at you! lol)
