Default my stock 00 fbp type r

what up guys , i recently picked up a 2000 type r with 24000 miles on the odo , i had a 2000 ex with a b16 swap and a whole bunch of **** on it , i ended up putting the civic into a guardrail at 80 mph thank god i was fine but my car was a ****** mess nothing in the front could be salvaged . so i told my friends at honda to find me an 00 si or something like it . so they found this type r , and obviously you all know what my reaction to that was , so i scooped it up the very next day . blah blah blah , anyways i wanted to say whats up to everyone and try and find out what the hell i should do to this R , if anyone could throw some ideas out6 to em that would be great , peace - 00-501itrspec

honestly, don't mess around too much in the R as i personally don't think it is very forgiving. also, keep her away from the thieves. good luck with your experience.

Compared to what? A 250cc shifter kart?

Its very easy to drive at the limit, especially when setup 'loose'.

Your in New York? Spend lots of money on theft prevention-layer your security. Make sure your insurance is up to snuff. Then perhaps some HPDE's.

PLease use the FAQ as much as possible, NYer???
and It seems RJ and I don't agree once again- For a person who send their previous car into a guard rail I would not tell them "Its very easy to drive at the limit, especially when setup 'loose'." Its like a kid who shot himself in the foot with a .38 last week, now you hand him a .45 and say that these are really easy to shoot straight.

Anyway... where are the mandatory pics for intro posts!
Welcome and enjoy your stay.
