zc install tired of searchin!!!!!!!!!!!!
got a zc motor and tranny. do i need a zc ecu?or can i run somethin else how hard is it gonns be to put this in my 91 si?cause im not very experienced. any suggestion?any good websites that could help me out?
Bolt it in. It uses the same mounts and everything as the stock engine. You will have to extend the crank angle wires to reach the ZC's sensor, on the exhaust cam. Also, if you can't find a ZC ECU (PM7), use a 89 Integra ECU (PG7).
the only thing that needs to be rewired is the dizzy to mate up to the Si's plugs. Everything else just bolts right in. Easiest swap that can be done. You can even use your stock Si PM6 ecu if you want.
Tired of searching? You know, I definitely don't mean to be a dick...but there is giga bytes upon giga bytes of information out there on this swap.
I forget how many times i've posted this link in the last couple weeks...ZC Swap
No, you don't have to have the ZC ECU although it is the best...you can run the integra pg7 or you stock Si ECU.
