dont know when it sees full boost, expected hp to be about 750+, but spool much earlier than a pt67 or bushing equivalent

I've been wondering for alittle while on wether or not they would make one, but apperently so. What trims and A/Rs do they offer?

 

these are the GT4088R turbo, with .85 or .95 A/R. Mind you this is actually smaller than a traditional T4, as the radius is smaller.

a .85 is like a .63 and .95 like a .70 or so

How long do you expect the wait will be after the 4 are sold? I'd really love to pick this up for my new setup, but all my $$ is tied up w/ the engine build

 

no idea how long it would be. being that the GT35Rs are now gone (we wont see ANY for a long time) maybe the 40Rs will start to show up... but maybe not.

Garrett never really gives any indication of dates on anything, and if they do, they are usually 8 months late. They are such a big company (honeywell) that quick changes can not and do not happen.

 

do they all come with shrouded compressor housings like 42R? and do they come with a V band DP?

-the ported shroud housing is not available for a 3040R, its a completely different compressor cover

-dont know why, but they arent producing them
