My S-03's are worn, so I trying the S02 now in stock size 195/55ZR15. They are not worn in yet, so I don't know the amount of grip. The sidewall feels stiff -> a little bit softer than the S-03 195/50R15.
They weigh about 9 kg (20 lbs), so that's about the same as the stock RE-010?

Yes. The S-03 are supposed to be the successor of the S-02. I've heard that the S-02 is better on dry and the S-03 better on wet.

Thanks, painted myself (stock euro rims). They are very dirty (brake dust), but you can't see it from far, LOL.

Sorry for my french/english !!!
You will see at high speed, the car seems to be on eggs but the grip is very good. It's just my feeling.
In fact when you turn the steering wheel, the car wait a moment before start to turn, you have to manage it.
I have test the S03 and S02, and my opinion is diffirent than your's: The S03 are better on dry than SO2's. I went on track with S02 and the grip is better than S03's on the same surface.
I prefer the S02's, i have them since 80000kms on the Integra and all of my other cars had them, the best tire for me.
Good compromise.
But for the weight a frend (he is on this forum) told me there is up to 3kgs more on the 4 tires for S02's than RE010 and a really difference in acceleration.

thats the truth. s02's on our s2k, s03's on our 740i sport. s03's in the rain are phenomenal, i will be getting them when i replace my mx's. we got around 9k out of our rear s02s though

Isn't this contradictory?

Ha, it is, but
to the Euro ITR owners here. I think it's great to see where many other ITRs reside.

I notice now that the S-02 is noisier than the S-03 at cruising (around 40 mph) speed.
The steering response of the S-03 is more precise at high speeds.
So the weight difference between S-02 and RE-010 is 0.75 kg (1.65 lbs) each?

Tell me your impressions please, because i think the next time i'll change my tires i will take some S03 or RE010.

the car will pull less in straight road with those tires but they r nice for cornering
I had them on my R and comparing them with the stock re010 pulling, omg i lost around 5 cars pulling with friends car i had references with from around 10-120 mph.

I don't know if the S-02s are fully worn in yet, but I like the S-03 more.
The S-03s seems to grip better on dry. And the S-03s don't squeal during hard cornering, the S-02 does.
After some hard cornering, the rubber is letting loose in little pieces, WTH? I have never seen that on the S-03.
Too bad they don't have S-03s or RE-050 in stock size.

I'd check your tire pressures. Everything you said seems contradictory to the norm (and what I have experienced with both). How many miles are on the s02's right now?

The tire noise and chunking will probably go away as the tires wear more
