This is the normal steering wheel for ITR's older than 2000. Only 2000+ Euro ITR's have the Momo steering wheel.

The bumper lenses are standard clear in the UK..

No they are the optional extras offered to the buyer.
I was told by the guy i bought the car from he paid £500 extra to have them.
