Default h22 with ITB's....what management?

Just like the topic says, Im building my h22 and im pretty sure you have to run a standalone ems with those. Ive heard all this talk about ub3rdata, but all ive really played with or seen is AEM. Any suggestions? The less money i spend on management, the more that goes into my headwork
