I want to replace the fender on my 90 civic....there are bolts in the engine compartment holding it and some behind the front of the passenger door. Then thing is i don't know how to reach the bolts behind the door. Is there a special wrench for reaching these bolts or a trick to getting them out?

You mean in the door jamb? When I replaced my fender I took the 4 or 5 from around the top, unscrewed the plastic inner wells, took the bolt out of the bottom of the fender, and just opened the door all the way and used an extension to get in there.

 

Just open the door and use an extension as said to get those hidden bolt..
