are the midpipes on 95-99gsrs the same as the midpipes on the 00-01 gsr? Thanks guys

 

No, the 94-99 GSR midpipes are a different length than the 00-01 GSR midpipes. However, 00-01 GSR exhaust systems are interchangeable with 94-01 LS/GS/SE exhaust systems, so I would assume those midpipes will be interchangeable.

 

what length cat do i get then to run the jdm itr header on my 95 gsr exhaust?

I am not sure offhand of the exact measurements. kteller8 or SMSP on this board can custom make one for your setup - they will use a carsound cat, add o2 bungs, and put the correct flanges to connect to a 2.5" collector and your exhaust piping. If you don't want to do that, you could just buy another high flow cat and have a portion of your b-pipe cut out and rewelded to compensate for the added length of the header.
