Default 94 stock integra l/s

ok i have a stock ls integra and it's my first project to work on. due to limited funds i'll be doing most of the work myself. i want to do an engine swap and not sure what would be the best one. i've read alot on here and i would greatly appreciate any input on which would be the best for a budget of about 1500$ for the motor and tranny, and where would be a good site to shop for one. thnx for any responses.

http://www.hmotorsonline.com has been pretty reliable with quality and customer service for motor swaps. With a budject that small, I don't think you're going to be able to buy a swap worth doing. I suggest a turbo kit, which you could probably find used for around your budget. Check the classifieds (forced induction).

wit that money u could peace 2 gether a decent turbo setup, and run 7psi daily driven intill u save up 4 manegment 2 run more boost. Or if u wan t2 go all motor, buy a vtec head, eagle kit, and some rod bolts and a vtec oil and water pump. And u should still have some money left over.

on that budget it will be hard to do an engine swap. it would be better to get a turbo, or just save a little longer to get something yu really want

He is right, you can build a turbo setup for cheap if you willing to search around!

Here is a link for a B18b Turbo setup on the cheap:

http://www.homemadeturbo.com/t...trike/

Also you can Pick up a Vtec Head for $350 and go from there on how you want to build it!

or you can even go N/A LS and pretty much have a built motor for $1500 in Parts and then find a B16 tranny!

There are many options, you just have to decide what you want to do! Good Luck!
