Default Help honda techs!!! No spark

heres the lowdown
hybrid eg with type r swap
i am not getting any spark
can i replace the coil/ingniter in the distributor or am i shelling out for a new one???

yes, you can replace either one easily.
Are you sure thats the cause?

well..if u dont have a voltmeter...just pull a plug wire off of the distributor about an inch...if ure not getting any spark..you can cancel out a fouled plug or a bad wire. My car died twice and it was the ICM once and the coil once...they are both simple to change...if you have a friend with the same motor...just try his coil and icm and see if it fires....good luck
