Default Should I check torques while my oil pan is off?

This is on my D16A6 ITA engine. I am installing a new oil pan with a welded bung for my oil temp sensor, so I have the oil pan off. Everything looks good in the engine, no abnormal signs of excess heat or anything *weird* going on in the engine.

My question is:

Should I check all the torques on the rods, mains, oil pick up....ect?

Thanks in advance guys!

eh, wouldn't hurt I guess. But I wouldn't, I'm sure everything is fine.

edit: Actually it could hurt. If you overtorque on the rod caps or something.

maybe just a "light" torque check. Not actually tightening anything, but must making sure everything it to spec, with a "gentle hand."

Since you have it open, I would check it with a torque wrench. The bottom ends of Hondas have pretty low torque numbers and it wouldn't hurt having the piece of mind that it had good torque karma. Whenever I have the valve cover off, I always just recheck the head bolts and rocker assembly bolts. Just making it lightly click the torque wrench lets you know everyone inside is still happy.
