I think this is what i want my setup to be.
Ok the mods i would like to perform are:
440 injectors
hondata
b18c1 block-bored .25
jdm itr os pistons
buddy club 3+ cams
p&p head w/ valve job
port matched intake manifold and throttle body
3 inch short ram intake
full hytech exhaust system
2 layer headgasket
high compression valves
usdm itr transmission with jdm 4.7 final drive(lsd equiped)
Bridgestone potenza s03s
This all is in a 94 gsr after weight reduction it would probable weigh somewhere between 2500 and 2700. The compression ratio would be between 11.5 and 12:1 depending on weather i would use a 2 layer headgasket. SO do you all see anything that is missing or that shouldnt be in there? Do you think that this setup would be good enough for high 12's?

I don't know about high 12's, but maybe with a good driver and some sticky *** tires. You'll need some valve springs for those cams though. Personally I'd try to pick up compression other ways than a smaller head gasket. Sounds like a good setup though! You'll probably be around the 210-220hp range, but that's just a guess and will all depend on quality of the build and tuning. Good luck on 12's, I'd plan on 13's though.
I'm planning ~215whp in a ~2100 pound 91 hatch, and i expect high twelves, so figure with your weight.... For approximate estimate, look at power to weight ratio of vette's M3's AMG benz's and compare to their track times for a rough guide.
