99 taillight price? Adjusting headlights?
This kid i know with a 99 gsr is getting some Cf taillights and i asked him if i could buy his stock lights and he said 50 bucks. This seems real high any idea's on a good price for these, hes buying new carbon fibers for like 75.
also- does anyone know how to adjust your headlights a touch higher i feel like mine are real low i can barely see without my high beams on and there are a lot of deer where i live i just want to aim them up a little higher.
thanks y0

50 is cheap! they run for 100-140 grab it asap/
umm there should be philp screw on the side of the headlight. you have to angle the screw driver to adjust it. correct me if i am wrong

i'm interested in adjusting my headlights too. i need the driver side to point more to the left - just a bit. how would i go about in doing this? and which screw specifically. (i think the are allen keyed)
i think the 20 u are refering to are 94-97 with amber turn singal. the demand for 98+ all red is high so the price is pretty high

correct... the demand for the all reds are pretty high and the price is also.. $50, i'd pick them up and if i didn't want them sell them for $100 or something. as for adjusting the headlights, it's in your owner's manual... if you don't have one, there's two slots on each side... you stick a philips head screwdrive in.... there's a vertical slot (gotta stick it through a hole to access it) and there's an angled slot... if you haven't done anything to the lights, follow the levels (two on each side - height level and left/right level)... if your headlights are modified... try adjusting them with a beam on a garage door 15feet away or so.

THere is a gear type thingey just to the outside of the car for the headlights. That should move them left and right. Gotta check my own 99 ls for the placement of the other adjustment.

The left right adjustment is right next to the very edge of the hood/front quarterpanel or fender, whatever. use a phillips screwdriver and you can turn those whichever way you want. It connects into a worm gear type thing. The up and down adjustment is directly over the level that is ln the light housing itself. I believe it takes a socket to adjust that. It will give you what you want. use the levels, and don't put them up too high. Personally, I have mine a half a bubble over level. That's just me. We have the same cars and it should work perfectly.
