there are a few threads on this mostly on what to do what cooling and what not.
i dunno how many people actually race FI honda's simply cuase there really isn't a place for them in RR, well there is but you would compete against cars like a GT3 cup car.
but there are a bunch of people that track boost honda's
there was a thread in the ITR forum about a guys first day out with his boost ARRRR

I've seen a few turbo honda's at HPDE's. My buddy raced his once...and he didn't even have fuel management, only running 5 psi though. Sumorex (he used go to on HT) had a built b16 that was turbo'd, and he would kick *** out there. There's boostedhybrid who just posted a video in the FI forum of him road racing. He kicked *** as well. And another comes to mind, but I'm drawing a blank. He has a silver integra and I've seen him post in this forum a few times. Then there's austriantypeR, from his vids it seems like he whoops *** too
But mainly, the #1 enemy is heat. I know a few people who do track days with huge FMIC's (whether they're hondas or not) and they overheat. Sumorex had this problem as well, he solved it by cutting holes in the bumper to get air to the radiator. Austrian type R neatly carved some vents in his bumper, and got a vented hood to fix that problem. I have some pics of sumorex's car (dont even know if it's still around) Just give me some time to find em.
EDIT: Just remembered a few more from HMT! Abaz and bambooseven

Ok, here they are. This first one is my buddy's car that had no fuel management (don't do this) and the second is Sumorex (notice the holes in the bumper to get air to the radiator)

Toyota was the one crying because they were short on development.
Hondas design was legal.

I would like to try some HPDE's once my play car gets finished (2008 at the rate its been going). Its more of a drag car, but there is nothing about it that would make it 'drag only' (no solid rear axle conversion, etc).
I cant speak for this poster's motives with his setup, but I would love to drop the boost, change the wheels/suspension settings and have some fun on a road course w/o having to commit to a full race car.

This is most definately NOT racing:

Looks like HPDE style driving and unsafe at that.

There sure seems to be a discrepency between "Road Race" and "Driving on a track".
It always worries me when I hear about "Racing" during an HPDE.
