Default Seat belt (harness) mounting point

I need opinions on how safe it would be to mount the right side lap harness anchor point to the rear right seat mounting bolt...Using all grade 8 or better hardware of course

I will end up with Dave-ROR's setup once my new seats are in, but for the past 6 months I have run the lap belt connected to an eye-bolt in the OEM lap belt mount on the seat. There's just enought room for the eye of the eye-bolt, and you can clip it right in. Total cost, $4. Total labor, 15 min to remove/reinstall the seat. Just an idea, and it's at least as strong as the OEM belt. Dave-ROR's setup is more ideal, but you'd have to add backup plates to the expense (very cheap, but still), and it's a lot more labor intensive.

THe m00gen seat bracket has an area to screw in the stock buckle. An eyebolt can screw in there also, but b/c the bracket bulges out the eye bolt prevents the seat from being able to be put back in. (hoary chit, does that makes sense:hammer
