the complete kit comes also extra with a shift linkage

What is it and do i need it?

why do they offer hydraulic to cable tranny conversions. I've driven cable clutches and they dont reel that much more different. Maybe I just dont have enough experiance with them?

They offer it because you can't put a hydraulic tranny in a car like a civic ef that came with a cable tranny without the conversion.
