Default ITR brakes upgrade

Anyone who has upgraded to the ITR brakes notices more brake pedal travel than the stock Integra ones? Also, do you notice the initial bite is less, but once the pedal is more than 50%, then the grab is much more. Anyone know the reason behind this?

I noticed a HUGE amount of pedal travel, but I later found out that I just still had air bubbles in the brake lines and that was the culprit. After that travel was the same as stock.

Bleed your brakes again. I don't remember if it is shortest brake line to longest or vice versa. Anyone?

And according Acura the ITR/GS-R use the identical master cylinders with the same part #.. so no problems there at all.

Hmm...the brake lines were bleed properly.

I found out from my mechanic saying that the reason for the ITR brakes to have more pedal travel is because the ITR brake calipers have bigger piston thus requiring more pressure to work it. Is this true?

Yes, the ITR/GSR/GS all have the same M/C. It says "1" on the side.

longest to shortest bleed order. I've heard to start the farthest away from the MC and work towards it. Haven't done it myself though. I don't trust myself with brakes.
